Well, after having Grandma's old sewing maching for.... maybe five years? I finally learned how to use it this weekend! While I was spending a lot of time at home the past month, I started a quilting project. Cutting the pieces out is hard enough, but then came the sewing part... Now I'm all set up and Alexander has made himself at home as my helper. He definitely knows how to be in the way when I'm concentrating on knitting, crocheting, cooking or sewing! I wouldn't have it any other way.
